Firm OverviewFrom offices located in Evergreen, Colorado, I provide my clients with the most effective legal representation possible by focusing my practice in the following areas:
I am a long-standing member of the Evergreen community and enjoy membership in a variety of local activities. I am on the Boards of both the Centennial Estate Planning Council and Mt. Evans Hospice/Home Health Care. I am a member and past president of the Evergreen Kiwanis, and a former member of the Governor's Bicycle Advisory Committee and the Colorado Bar Association Trust and Estate Statutory Revision Committee. In addition to my volunteer work, I have taught classes on estate planning at Red Rocks Community College in an effort to increase awareness of estate planning and the issues involved. My paralegal, Patricia Vitari, has been with me over seven years. She is a very knowledgeable resource, and is invaluable to my practice. We use the latest technology and cost-effective methods to provide clients with services in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner, and to stay on top of changes in the law. Additionally, my membership in the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys provides a forum where I can interact with other attorneys specializing in elder law, and exchange ideas and information. The cornerstone of my success is the quality relationship that I maintain with my clients. I take the time to communicate with my clients, so that I can completely understand their goals and design an effective instrument to fulfill their needs. I treat my clients with the integrity and respect they deserve. Together, my commitment to client service and the outstanding legal services I provide have earned me a reputation for excellence of which I am proud and upon which new clients can rely when looking for an attorney in my areas of practice.
